Attorney Profiles

Jaxen Bratcher was born and raised in Williston, North Dakota. He attended North Dakota State University, where he earned a B.A. in Political Science. After graduating from NDSU, Jaxen obtained his Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law.

Jaxen joined Pearson Christensen in January of 2023 as a law clerk during his second year of law school. During his time at UND, Jaxen participated in internal and external moot court competitions and was the Treasurer of the UND Moot Court Board. After graduating in 2024, Jaxen became an associate attorney. He was admitted to the bar in 2024 in North Dakota and the U.S. District Court, District of North Dakota.
